How to Nominate for an Award

Nomination for EWHP Award

Name of Award  (choose one): 

 ­­­­­­­­­­­­­______Annual Seminary Essay Prize  (Essay on some aspect of women’s experience in the Episcopal Church)

______Malcolm and Pat Diesenroth Award (Honoring parish efforts to preserve and tell its history, especially including the stories of women)

______Ruth Alexander Award  (Article or book with considerable content on women in the Episcopal Church published in the last two years and that makes extensive use of local, diocesan and regional resources.)( Article honored in even numbered years, and book in odd numbered.)

For the Essay Prize and the Alexander Award, a copy of the article must be submitted.  Those nominating books for the Alexander award need only give full publication data.   Documentation of some form ( a news story, photographs, a copy of the publication or other information that gives the EWHP Committee a sense of the event or work) should accompany a Diesenroth nomination.

The Nomination and appropriate documentation should be submitted by March 1 to grants@ewhp.org.
